Nelnet is seeking a GTM Launch Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure market readiness, stakeholder alignment, and customer adoption.

The role emphasizes strategic planning and hands-on execution across channels, campaigns, and partnerships to build a scalable growth engine. Strong collaboration and leadership are essential for success in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, business, or communications.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or related area.
• Experience designing and executing GTM for net-new products and market entry.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the integrated GTM strategy and launch plan with target audiences, positioning, channels, and measures of success.
• Develop market positioning, messaging, buyer value propositions, and supporting tools to enable the sales motion.
• Drive market activation, demand generation, events, partnerships, and cross-sell initiatives to build awareness and qualified demand.
• Build sales enablement and market-facing resources including case studies, references, and RFP support.
• Translate feedback into GTM decisions and refine messaging, programs, and channels.
• Define capabilities and manage agencies and partners to execute the GTM strategy.
• Establish measures and rhythm to evaluate GTM performance and adjust priorities.
• Identify gaps and opportunities to build a repeatable growth engine.
