Courtesy Automotive Group is seeking a qualified General Motors Technician to join the service team in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing GM vehicles using GM diagnostic tools, performing warranty and recall work, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automotive experience, GM dealership exposure, and strong knowledge of computerized vehicle systems. ASE/GM certifications are preferred, with a focus on safety and quality.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience.
• GM dealership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Able to diagnose and repair complex mechanical/electrical issues.
• Strong understanding of computerized vehicle systems.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair GM vehicles.
• Use GM diagnostic equipment to identify concerns.
• Complete warranty, recall, and customer-pay repairs.
• Repair engines, transmissions, drivability, electrical, HVAC, brakes.
• Document inspections and repair findings clearly.
• Communicate needs to service advisors and management.
• Ensure first-visit quality and safety compliance.
• Maintain ASE and GM certifications as required.
