• Ability to work with minimal direction and self-train to grow skills.
• History of maintaining customer satisfaction across multiple locations.
• Ability to create and provide specialized training.
• Excellent communication and time management; proactive in meeting expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide third-level on-site support to resolve escalated automotive issues at GM dealerships.
• Collaborate with DMPS, BRM, and BRC to reduce warranty expense and repurchase risk.
• Respond to customers requesting vehicle repurchase assistance in your area.
• Identify high-risk repurchase potential vehicles and assist dealers quickly.
• Review dealer comeback processes to ensure GM requirements are met.
• Lead the implementation of robust comeback processes with regional support.
• Drive PI bulletin process and notify TAC Escalation Team of field fixes.
• Conduct ad-hoc in-dealership training on Techline tools and diagnostics.
• Take ownership of dealer concerns and drive resolution.
• Support dispatched cases via phone or at the dealership location.
• Report dealership State of Health relative to service readiness to prevent buybacks.
• Assist in dealer technician recruitment and retention via Technician Pipeline options.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership management focused on service.
