Job summary

Broadcom Software – Agile Operations Division seeks a Global Solution Architect to drive adoption, growth and new sales of ValueOps solutions. You will partner with regional sales and solution engineering to deliver business value and expand relationships with enterprise customers.

The role requires deep IT experience, strong strategic and executive communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across complex environments. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in IT industry
• 10+ years in domain expertise in corporate enterprise IT
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience in Project & Portfolio Management, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, Tokenomics, and Agile
• Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Articulate and present well to technical and executive stakeholders
• Willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, growth and new sales of Broadcom value-led solutions into existing customers
• Lead pre-sales activities including product demos and solution presentations
• Collaborate with regional sales and solution engineering teams
• Engage with C-Suite and senior leaders to align strategy with customer outcomes
• Direct Solution Engineer teams to ensure strategy aligns with desired outcomes
• Publish materials and share knowledge across Value Streams
