For our client, we are seeking a Business Performance Director to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will guide enterprise transformation efforts that strengthen operating model adoption, align leadership around change, and improve execution across a global organization. You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to build compelling business cases, establish governance, and drive measurable progress across complex programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, deep change management experience, and the ability to influence across functions in a matrixed environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,418 – $237,331 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and present executive-level business cases supported by financial analysis.
• Establish governance structures with senior leaders for transformation initiatives.
• Lead organizational change management for large-scale transformation programs.
