• Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of Business Transformation, Organizational Change Management, Strategic Planning, or Program Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 12 quarter plan for initiatives and programs.
• Develop and manage value realization plan and governance with senior leaders.
• Lead end-to-end organizational change management for transformation programs.
