CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Training Manager to lead experienced instructors and deliver CrowdStrike Training offerings across technologies. You will guide implementation, sales enablement, and metrics, supporting global security customers.

The role requires at least 3 years in leadership and delivering technical training, LMS proficiency, budget management, and domain knowledge in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum of 3 years managing delivery of technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms.
• Budget management and resource allocation for instructional teams.
• Experience with SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies in training.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings.
• Manage a team of instructors including performance coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling and enablement.
• Develop and revise training content with SMEs.
• Produce reports monitoring training performance and outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales to scope customer engagements.
