Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a remote Global Trade Management specialist to join our Post Entry team. You will handle classifications, brokerage operations, screening, and vendor performance, while working across import/export data and client inquiries.

The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic regulatory environment. This is a fully remote position supporting multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in trade compliance or entry processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries within client and team deadlines.
• Monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs.
• Manage regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Analyze import/export data using trade applications and software.
• Adapt to changing priorities from clients and regulators.
• Research missing forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston teams.
