Livingston is seeking a proactive Global Trade entry specialist for its fully remote team. The role supports post-entry operations, classification, and brokerage processes across US imports/exports.

You will analyze data, resolve regulatory issues, and coordinate with clients, carriers, and brokers to ensure accurate filings. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in trade operations, strong communication, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience in global trade or customs operations.
• Knowledge in classification, import/export operations, and post-entry processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to work remotely and manage deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Use trade applications to analyze import/export data.
• Adhere to changing priorities from clients and regulatory bodies.
• Research missing forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston partners.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
