Dataiku is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards leader to own global compensation, equity and benefits strategy from our US base. In a lean, executive-facing role, you’ll shape pay structures, ensure internal equity, and drive AI talent market competitiveness across 18 countries with scalable AI-enabled processes.

You’ll partner with executives, Finance, Legal and the Compensation Committee, lead a small Total Rewards team, and bring data-driven recommendations to the Board while championing

Qualifikationen

• Extensive Total Rewards experience in global tech/enterprise software.
• Deep expertise in global comp strategy: salary structures, benchmarking, incentive design.
• Strong equity experience across countries; late-stage private company experience is a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of pay transparency in Europe and North America.
• Track record of building or transforming rewards programs, not just running them.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior executives in lean, fast-moving environments.

Aufgaben

• Set the strategy: own and evolve global compensation philosophy balancing market competitiveness, equity and financial discipline.
• Lead pay transparency: define global approach and prepare for new rules (EU Pay Transparency Directive).
• Build the foundations: evolve job architecture, leveling and salary ranges with rigor and simplicity for managers.
• Partner on equity: design grant guidelines, hires and refresh awards, model implications with Finance and Legal.
• Advise the top: present equity and executive comp to Compensation Committee and Board.
• Run the cycles: manage merit, promotions and incentives with scalable governance and AI-enabled workflows.
• Own global benefits: set strategy across entities and EOR countries and lead benefits operations.
