Solventum is seeking a People Experience Global Talent Acquisition Director to shape strategy, design, and execution of a world‑class talent acquisition function across regions. You will partner with business, HR, finance, Legal, and IT to standardize processes, optimize systems, and ensure compliant, scalable hiring practices.

You will lead a global Center of Excellence, drive analytics, and elevate candidate and hiring manager experiences while developing talent and governance frameworks

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 15+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with global scope.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Talent Acquisition Global Center of Excellence and Global Operations.
• Oversee Hiring Governance, Compliance, and Policies across regions.
• Drive workforce hiring analytics and performance reporting.
• Enhance Candidate and Hiring Manager experience through standardized processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and HR to enable scalable solutions.
