Job summary

TechSoup is seeking a creative, analytical Social Media Marketing & Community Manager to own TechSoup’s global social presence, paid social performance, and online community ecosystem. You will lead end-to-end organic social strategy, scale international paid social ad campaigns (primarily LinkedIn and Meta), manage brand engagement across external platforms, and nurture our network of nonprofit advocates.

The role collaborates with Wrike for project management and HubSpot for campaign

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of dedicated experience managing organic social media, paid social advertising, and online communities.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, tech marketplaces, or nonprofit/social impact sector preferred.
• Hands-on use of Wrike and HubSpot for marketing campaigns and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multinational social media strategy across channels.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta.
• Monitor and engage online communities, nurture advocates, and manage brand sentiment.
• Coordinate workflows in Wrike and measure campaign attribution with HubSpot.
