Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director, Global Security to lead the company’s global security strategy and operations, protecting employees, facilities, assets, and continuity across regions. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director of Global EHS.

You will build world class security programs, standardize risk assessments, enable crisis management, and partner with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations across a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise‑level security programs.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks across regions.
• Establish policies, standards, and operating models for global security.
• Oversee physical security systems, access control, surveillance, and guard programs.
• Support crisis management, business continuity, and executive incident escalation.
