Job summary

The position reports to the Senior Director of Global EHS and is fully remote, collaborating with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations to safeguard people, facilities, and business continuity across all

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field
• 20+ years of relevant functional experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise‑level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy and operations across regions.
• Establish policies, standards and operating models across regions and define a global security strategy.
• Oversee site security risk assessments, access control, surveillance, and protective programs.
• Support crisis management, incident response, business continuity, and executive protection.
• Coordinate travel security programs and risk assessments with Danaher protocols.
• Collaborate with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations in a cross‑functional environment.
