Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is seeking a Director, Global Security to lead security strategy across regions, protecting people, facilities, assets and business continuity. The role is fully remote and reports to the Senior Director of Global EHS.

You will establish standards, oversee travel security, investigations, and vendor oversight, coordinating with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations to drive programs aligned with Danaher protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy and operations to protect employees, facilities, assets, and continuity.
• Establish security policies, standards, and operating models across regions.
• Oversee executive protection, travel security, investigations, and vendor oversight.
• Support crisis management, incident response, and business continuity.
• Collaborate with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations to execute security programs.
