• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience in security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise‑level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy and operations across regions.
• Manage enterprise security risk, crisis management, and business continuity.
• Define security policies, standards, and operating models aligned to business priorities.
• Oversee physical security systems, access control, surveillance, and guard programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.
• Provide executive protection strategies and travel security programs.
