Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant functional security experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise‑level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global security strategy and operations to protect employees, facilities, and business continuity.
• Standardize security policies, standards, and operating models across regions.
• Oversee risk assessments, physical security systems, and crisis management processes.
• Support executive protection, travel security, and incident escalation in major events.
• Collaborate with EHS, Legal, HR, IT, and Operations to execute security programs.
