Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Global Security to lead security strategy, risk management, and crisis response across regions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Business, Emergency Management, or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or corporate risk/security experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing teams and enterprise-level security programs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize global security risks across regions and support plans for employment actions and facilities decisions.
• Establish security policies, standards, and operating models aligned to business priorities.
• Standardize site security risk assessments and protection of facilities and assets.
• Support crisis management, incident response, business continuity, and executive escalation for major events.
• Define executive protection strategies and travel security programs per Danaher protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EHS, Legal, HR, IT and Operations.
