Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations or related field.
8–12 years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Order Management, or Revenue Operations.
3–5 years of people management leading operational or transaction-based teams.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle.

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a global sales order bookings team.
Ensure adherence to Turnaround Times, SLAs, and quality metrics.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, and Support teams to streamline order execution.
