Qualifications

• 2–3 years in dispatch, logistics or customer service.
• Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Healthcare/medical diagnostics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize field interventions.
• Manage and track logistics for interventions.
• Interface between clients and the After‑Sales Service team.
• Provide administrative support: emails, calls, quotes, billing, data maintenance.
• Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
