Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading value streams in high-mix, low-volume environments and matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record using continuous improvement to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and engagement.
• Strong project management and prioritization with data-driven problem solving.
• Excellent shop-floor presence, and ability to influence across levels.
• Ability to identify problems, apply root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Loveland operations team with DBS deployment and daily management.
• Develop multi-year site strategy and budgets to meet business needs.
• Align production plans with demand and sales, optimize inventory and reliability.
• Build a high-performing, accountable operations organization.
• Drive safety and successful new product launches with proper resource allocation.
• Achieve On Time Delivery >95% through value stream management across functions.
• Partner with Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Engineering.
