M-Files Corporation is seeking an RFx Specialist to own global RFx responses across RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and security questionnaires. You will coordinate with Sales, Product, Security, Finance, and Legal using an AI-powered platform to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant submissions.

The role emphasizes structured governance, reusable content, and cross-time-zone collaboration to win strategic opportunities while maintaining high quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in managing RFPs, RFIs, bids, proposals, or similar processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to draft proposal content and verify AI-generated responses.
• Strong knowledge of RFx best practices, compliance matrices, and review gates.
• Excellent writing and editing skills tailored to customer requirements.
• Advanced MS Word with solid Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple complex, deadline-driven submissions.
• Experience with Salesforce and performance reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently across time zones.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle of RFPs/RFIs/RFQs from intake to submission and debrief.
• Apply qualification framework to prioritize opportunities and timelines.
• Develop compliance matrices, response outlines, and schedules.
• Craft win themes and executive summaries linking requirements to outcomes.
• Coordinate global submissions while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Operate an AI-driven platform with governance and approval steps.
• Maintain a governed content library and version-controlled documents.
• Establish review gates for compliance and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Finance, Legal, and others.
• Document practices to scale RFx processes globally.
