Job summary

NAVEX in the United States is seeking a seasoned RFP Manager to lead end-to-end responses for complex RFIs, RFPs, and security questionnaires. You'll coordinate Sales, Product, Legal, and Security teams, guiding submissions from intake to final delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in proposal management, RFP, or related field.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of assigned RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer information requests from intake through submission
• Develop response strategies, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure high-quality submissions
• Coordinate cross-functional contributors including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Customer Success
• Leverage AI-enabled proposal technologies and automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve response quality
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows
• Evaluate and optimize emerging AI and proposal management solutions to improve productivity and scalability
• Own and improve the proposal content library, ensuring content is accurate and reusable
• Partner with Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering to maintain high-value content and competitive positioning
• Track proposal performance metrics and use data to drive improvements
• Establish SLAs for proposal development and stakeholder support
• Ensure submissions meet customer requirements and compliance standards
• Identify risks early and drive resolution
