Responsibilities

Support end-to-end delivery of client response submissions by coordinating projects and content.
Assist in maintaining project plans, timelines, task trackers, and workflow tools to monitor deliverables, deadlines, and key milestones.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, and subject matter experts to gather information and support the completion of client responses.
Track project progress, identify potential delays, and elevate risks or issues to appropriate stakeholders when needed.
Draft, edit, customize, and review response content to ensure alignment with client requirements and approved messaging.
Maintain and update content repositories, templates, and knowledge resources to improve consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
Utilize workflow management, content management, and automation tools to track submission activity, deadlines, and operational efficiency while supporting the adoption of artificial intelligence-enabled solutions.
Assist in analyzing response performance metrics, client feedback, and content utilization trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and support proposal strategy decisions.
