Job summary

Newell Brands seeks a Senior Reliability Manager to lead reliability improvement programs across its manufacturing and distribution network. You will translate the company’s reliability framework into site-level actions, drive PM optimization, and lead condition monitoring deployments to improve asset performance.

You will collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams across multiple sites, conduct RCFA investigations, and contribute to fleet management and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 7+ years of reliability/maintenance engineering, asset management in manufacturing.
• Hands-on with condition monitoring technologies: vibration analysis, oil analysis, thermography.
• Experience with CMMS platforms for asset management, PM planning, and work order execution.
• Working knowledge of RCM, FMECA, PM optimization, and RCFA methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute site-level reliability assessments across manufacturing and DC facilities using ERA framework.
• Develop PM optimization plans using RCM and condition-based triggers.
• Lead condition monitoring program deployment (vibration, oil, thermography).
• Conduct RCFA investigations and track corrective actions to closure.
• Build and maintain failure mode libraries and CMMS task lists.
• Execute fleet management assessments and contribute to network benchmarking.
• Support capital replacement planning and spare parts strategies.
• Drive data quality in CMMS and develop reliability dashboards.
• Coach site teams and engage in reliability-focused kaizen events.
