Job summary

Caliza is seeking a dedicated recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across all teams and help scale our cross-border banking platform. You will partner with leaders to build People Operations as the company grows, sourcing and closing top candidates while managing timelines across jurisdictions.

The role requires 4+ years in-house recruiting at high-growth startups, experience hiring across countries (Latin America a plus), and proficiency with Lever; fluency in English is required, and
