Remote work from the US is available with a compensation range of $232,000–$290,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 12+ years in people operations or HR functions.
• Leadership of global People Operations during rapid growth.
• Experience managing operations for 3,000–5,000+ employees across regions.
• Ability to design and evolve a global operating model with clear controls.
• Deep knowledge of service delivery, case management, and operational controls.
• Strong collaboration to balance global standards with local needs.
• Knowledge of global employment operations and regional compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build the global operating model in collaboration with HR leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Evolve the employee-service model to include AI-enabled guidance and self-service options.
• Own the employee administrative lifecycle, ensuring accountability and operational service expectations.
• Align global standards with local execution for consistent HR practices.
• Enable regionalization and support new-country builds with a global perspective.
• Sponsor HR service delivery and ensure user experience is prioritized in service models.
• Drive process excellence by simplifying and standardizing operations with AI and automation.
• Establish operational governance and controls for service standards and risk management.
• Measure demand and quality to inform workforce planning and investment decisions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across service delivery and process excellence.
