You will oversee EOR models, legal entities, and a world-wide workforce strategy, guiding a growing People Operations team toward scalable processes and strong governance.

The role requires deep international employment expertise, cross-functional PM skills, and proficiency in HRIS/HR tech.

Qualificações

• Experience leading global People Operations initiatives.
• Experience establishing foreign legal entities andglobal mobility programs.
• Knowledge of multi-country compensation and benefits.
