Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressive experience in people operations.
• Experience leading global People Operations for 3,000–5,000+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR service delivery, case management, and AI-enabled support.
• Executive presence to influence HR leadership without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build the global operating model for 3,000–5,000+ employees.
• Evolve the employee-service model with AI-enabled guidance and scalable knowledge architecture.
• Own the employee administrative lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Align global standards with local execution and enable regional teams.
• Enable regionalization and new-country readiness across locations.
• Sponsor HR service delivery and the HRSD platform.
• Drive process excellence and AI-forward operations.
• Own operational governance and controls.
• Measure demand, quality and leverage with data-driven insights.
• Build and lead the team and partnerships across HR functions.
• Influence across HR and the enterprise to align priorities.
