Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Global Commodity Manager for PCBA and related hardware components in a remote role. You will own strategic sourcing, supplier management, and risk mitigation across a broad vendor base to support high-priority hardware programs in a fast-moving technical environment.

Collaborate with engineering and design teams to improve manufacturability, strengthen supply continuity, and drive supplier strategy. Strong communication with stakeholders will be essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategic sourcing or supply chain, PCB/FPGA focus.
• Experience managing supplier portfolios with budgets over $5M.
• Proven ability to develop and implement supplier strategies.
• Collaborates with hardware teams to optimize PCB designs for manufacturability.
• Identifies supply chain risks and mitigation strategies.
• Strong communication to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing execution for core hardware programs.
• Partner with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to turn requirements into actions.
• Manage changes while clarifying deliverables and priorities.
• Develop and sustain long-term supplier relationships for quality and availability.
• Evaluate manufacturing technologies and implement strategies to improve supply chain performance.
• Conduct risk analysis to identify and address sourcing challenges.
• Communicate sourcing updates and performance metrics to stakeholders at all levels.
