Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Global Commodity Manager – PCB to lead global sourcing, supplier strategy, cost management, and supply-chain development for bare PCBs supporting its Build-to-Print (BTP) business across multiple sites.

You will manage a global supplier base, drive cost-reduction initiatives, and lead RFQ/RFP activities while partnering with Engineering on DFM and cost optimization for high-complexity PCBs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in commodity management, strategic sourcing, supply chain, procurement, or supplier development.
• Strong experience with custom fabricated parts or EMS related manufacturing commodities.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Strong analytical and cost modeling skills with the ability to perform TCO and market analysis.
• Knowledge of fabrication technologies, manufacturing processes, materials, lead-times, and supplier capabilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global PCB commodity strategy aligned with operational and financial objectives.
• Manage and develop a global PCB supplier base across regions.
• Lead RFQ/RFP activities and negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
• Drive cost-reduction, supplier performance, and risk mitigation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering on DFM, stack-up optimization, and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to standardize PCB suppliers, pricing, and terms.
