Path Robotics, Inc. is hiring a Global Supply Manager to oversee supplier relationships, sourcing, contracts, POs, and component strategy. You will partner with engineering, operations, and finance to drive cost reductions and ensure on-time supply for production.

You will lead RFQs, should-cost modeling, and supplier performance reviews while managing cross-functional programs from prototype to mass production. This role requires data-driven decision making and ERP proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement for hardware or manufacturing environments.
• Experience sourcing electromechanical or industrial components and supporting products from prototype through mass production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles.
• Proven ability to run RFQs, build should-cost models, and drive cost reductions through negotiation.
• Experience managing supplier capacity, quality, and ramp during NPI and production scaling.
• Working knowledge of global supply chains, incoterms, tariffs, and logistics.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and program management skills.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus).

Responsabilités

• Sourcing: Align requirements to source new suppliers and services meeting goals.
• DFM support: Review supplier proposals for manufacturing processes and testing.
• Program management: Drive validation across teams from RFQ to mass production.
• Supply: Ensure supplier capacity and on-time supply to meet forecasts and alignment.
• Procurement: Manage POs and invoicing, approvals, and changes.
• Contracts and documentation: Negotiate MSAs and SOWs; compliance.
• Component strategy: Lead cross-functional alignment on cost, sourcing, and market trends.
