Job summary

Path Robotics is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead supplier sourcing, manage contracts, and ensure on-time component supply for fast-moving hardware production. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance to align requirements with cost and quality targets.

The role covers RFQ work, should-cost modeling, supplier capacity reviews, and ramp planning for NPI to mass production, with a focus on global logistics, incoterms, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement for hardware or manufacturing environments.
• Experience sourcing electromechanical components from prototype through mass production.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and DFM principles.

Responsibilities

• Source new suppliers and services meeting specs, quality, and cost.
• Review supplier proposals for manufacturing processes and testing.
• Drive internal validation across teams from RFQ to mass production.
• Ensure supplier capacity and on-time supply to meet forecasts.
• Manage POs, invoicing, and supplier onboarding changes.
• Negotiate contracts including MSA and SOWs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead cross-functional component strategy and cost-reduction efforts.
