Job summary

NEOTech seeks a Global Commodity Manager for Mechanical & Electromechanical Components to lead sourcing, supplier strategy, and cost management across Build-to-Print programs. You will drive dual sourcing, risk mitigation, and supplier development with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, QA, and Program Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years in commodity management, sourcing, or supplier development.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier negotiations, and commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of fabrication technologies, materials, lead times, and supplier capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global commodity strategies for mechanical/electromechanical components.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and competitive sourcing activities; perform should-cost models.
