Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Global Commodity Manager – PCB to lead global sourcing and supplier strategy for bare PCBs across multiple sites. You will drive cost reduction, dual sourcing, risk mitigation, and continuity of supply from prototype through high-volume production.

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance to optimize stack-ups, materials, and manufacturing processes while negotiating terms and developing strategic supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related).
• 10+ years in commodity management, strategic sourcing, or procurement.
• Experience with EMS/PCB manufacturing commodities.
• Experience leading RFQ/RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical and cost modeling skills (TCO).
• Knowledge of fabrication technologies, materials, lead-times, and supplier capabilities.
• Travel up to 50% of time, globally.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and supply chain analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global PCB commodity strategy and supplier development.
• Manage global PCB supplier base across regions (NA, APAC, etc.).
• Drive dual sourcing, risk mitigation, and supply continuity.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, rebates, tooling, NRE, lead times, MOQs, and capacity.
• Develop should-cost models and perform benchmarking and TCO analysis.
• Support prototype through high-volume production with supplier alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance.
• Travel up to 50% to supplier locations and sites.
