Job summary

Jobgether seeks a senior leader to own global payroll and time-management strategy, spanning multiple countries and delivery models. You will drive governance, compliance, and cross-functional alignment with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Technology leadership.

Lead a high-performing, diverse team, scale processes through standardization and automation, and manage vendor relationships to achieve measurable improvements in control, efficiency, and service delivery. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP certification is required.
• Experience leading global payroll and time management across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global payroll and time-management strategy and operating model.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll/time operations across countries with compliance and quality focus.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Technology and other functions at senior levels.
• Provide governance, risk oversight, internal controls, and audit readiness.
• Lead vendor relationships and service-delivery improvements.
• Sponsor transformations involving standardization, platform implementations, and automation.
• Build and develop a high-performing global team and foster inclusion.
• Ensure business-continuity and disaster-recovery planning for payroll disruptions.
• Travel up to 20% as required.
