Job summary

Atoms is seeking an experienced Payroll Leader to own global payroll end to end, spanning roughly 30 countries and several hundred entities. You will own the Workday and ADP architecture, drive payroll transformation, and govern international payroll partners across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

You will build a lean, scalable payroll organization while ensuring accuracy and compliance as the company grows rapidly in a high‑growth environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in payroll with 10+ years leading people across geographies
• Deep multi-country payroll experience with international compliance knowledge
• Hands-on Workday experience including implementation or re-implementation
• Familiarity with international payroll vendors such as Safeguard Global, Papaya Global, CloudPay
• Experience leading end-to-end payroll transformation in a lean G&A context

Responsibilities

• Own global payroll end to end across ~30 countries and multiple entities
• Own Workday and ADP architecture; Workday as system of record, ADP for processing and tax remittance
• Lead payroll transformation to consolidate processes and improve accuracy
• Evaluate, select, and govern international payroll partners across EMEA, APAC, LATAM
• Support a layered workforce including hourly employees while scaling headcount
• Build and develop a payroll organization that sets the standard for excellence
