Not Specified is seeking a Lead, Global Payroll to transform payroll operations across the US, UK, Canada and other jurisdictions. You will own payroll execution, quality, and compliance in a highly technical, remote-first environment.

You will collaborate with Talent, Finance, Technology, and external providers to standardize processes, drive automation, and mentor a distributed payroll team for growth and excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading payroll for multiple jurisdictions (US, UK, Canada).
• Strong expertise with Workday Payroll configurations, integrations, and testing.
• Proven ability to automate processes and drive standardization across teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and external providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and transform global payroll operations across jurisdictions.
• Serve as Workday Payroll SME with configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
