Job summary

Remote is seeking a Manager, Payroll Operations to lead the Global Payroll Operations team and own the planning and implementation of our payroll chapter. You will direct the payroll function across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance while mentoring the payroll staff.

You will leverage experience in regional/global payroll operations, partner with third-party providers, and optimize processes in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

• Proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Payroll team with mentorship and guidance.
• Own the complete payroll function ensuring on-time, accurate, compliant processing.
• Act as liaison between internal and external stakeholders on payroll matters.
• Lead and unblock the Payroll team for smooth operations.
• Stay up-to-date on international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific policies.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting, and service providers.
• Develop best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team.
