Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partner & Ecosystem Marketing to lead worldwide partner marketing programs and alliances. You will partner with marketing, sales, and the Global Partner Organization to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable pipeline impact across markets.

You will develop joint GTM programs with partners, coordinate regional activation, manage MDF and budgets, and drive scalable frameworks that align with Kinaxis’s growth objectives.

Competenze

• . Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• . 7-10 years of progressive B2B enterprise technology marketing experience, including partner, alliance, ecosystem, field, or integrated marketing.
• . Experience managing global marketing programs with multiple partners, regions, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• . Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems and partner go-to-market models.
• . Experience developing integrated campaigns and demand generation programs.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute global partner marketing plans to support partnerships and regional growth.
• Manage joint go-to-market programs across consulting partners, system integrators, hyperscalers, VARs, and tech partners.
• Build strong working relationships and lead through influence across Marketing, Sales, and Global Partner org.
• Create scalable campaign frameworks, messaging, assets and activation toolkits for consistent regional execution.
• Coordinate execution across regional Field Marketing, Demand Gen, ABM, Events, Communications, Customer Marketing and Sales teams.
• Manage partner planning, MDF investments, tiering, and marketing standards to drive scalability.
• Monitor and optimize program performance through dashboards and reporting, including partner-influenced pipeline.
