Job summary

Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partner & Ecosystem Marketing to lead and execute worldwide partner marketing strategies that drive growth across regions. You will collaborate with Partner Marketing, regional teams, Product Marketing, Sales and the Global Partner Organization to deliver integrated campaigns and measurable pipeline impact.

You will design scalable programs, manage MDF investments, and oversee governance across partners to ensure consistent brand and demand generation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7–10 years of progressive B2B enterprise technology marketing experience, including partner/ecosystem roles.
• Ability to prioritize team workload, set goals, and foster an inclusive, accountable team environment.
• Experience managing complex global marketing programs with multiple partners, regions and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise tech ecosystem and GTM models.
• Experience developing integrated campaigns, executive engagement programs, and partner-supported demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global partner marketing plans to support business priorities and regional growth.
• Manage joint go-to-market programs across consulting partners, SI, hyperscalers, VARs and tech partners.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships and lead through influence across Marketing, Sales and Global Partner org.
• Create scalable campaign frameworks, messaging, assets and activation toolkits for regional consistency.
• Coordinate execution across regional Field Marketing, Demand Gen, ABM, Events, Communications, Customer Marketing and Sales teams.
• Manage partner planning, MDF investments, tiering activities and marketing standards for scalability.
