Kinaxis is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Partner & Ecosystem Marketing to lead global partner marketing programs and drive measurable pipeline impact across markets. You will collaborate with partner marketing, regional field marketing, product marketing, sales, and the Global Partner Organization to deliver integrated campaigns and MDF management.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive B2B enterprise technology marketing experience, including partner, alliance, ecosystem, field, or integrated marketing experience.
• Experience managing complex global marketing programs involving multiple partners, regions, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills within a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global partner marketing plans, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution to support priorities.
• Manage joint go‑to‑market programs across consulting partners, systems integrators, hyperscalers, VARs, and strategic technology partners.
• Build strong working relationships and lead through influence across Marketing, Sales, and the Global Partner organization to deliver integrated go‑to‑market programs.
• Create scalable campaign frameworks, messaging, assets, and activation toolkits for consistent regional execution.
• Coordinate execution across regional Field Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, Events, Communications, and Sales teams.
• Monitor and optimize program performance through dashboards, attribution, reporting, and communicate partner‑influenced pipeline and marketing effectiveness.
