Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Global Operations to lead global initiatives, partner engagement, and P&L efficiency from a remote, full-time role. You will work with senior leaders to ensure high-quality, timely delivery and an exceptional member experience across markets.

The role requires 7–10 years in a leadership capacity, strong MS Office and Power BI skills, and excellent communication and negotiation abilities to drive productivity and quality globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years proven success in manager or director level role.
• Extremely team oriented.
• High proficiency in Microsoft suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel with pivot tables.
• Effectively utilizes Power BI reports to manage Global partners.
• Superior communication skills and negotiation abilities.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Global FMLA/Disability Forms Team and related production processes.
• Assist Sales activities and respond to RFPs and meetings with clients/prospects.
• Resolve escalated client issues and support inventory management initiatives.
• Work with leaders to set goals for productivity and quality for global partners.
• Provide training and maintain SOP documentation for global accounts.
• Model Sharecare values and drive timely, profitable global operations.
