Job summary

Sharecare, a digital healthcare company, seeks a Manager of Global Central Operations to lead partner engagement, drive operational excellence, and align global processes with company goals.

You will collaborate with global partners and internal teams to ensure SLAs, oversee documentation, and support automation and transformation initiatives that improve efficiency. Candidates have 5+ years medical records, management experience, CRIS, and proficiency with Power BI, Workday, CRM; remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ medical records experience.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience or 2 years lead experience.
• Experience with management applications such as the Microsoft Suite of applications, Visio, CRM, Power BI, and Workday.
• CRIS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support global partners’ leadership teams and global trainers to become SMEs.
• Ensure SLA attainment and consistent performance reporting.
• Coordinate workflows with onshore Central Operations to align SOPs.
• Oversee change management initiatives and policy compliance.
• Resolve escalated client/interdepartmental issues.
• Ensure appropriate access to essential systems.
