Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Manager of Global Central Operations to drive alignment between global partners and the company’s operational goals. You will oversee SLAs, workflows, and performance, collaborating with onshore and global leaders to ensure consistent delivery across DC/QC teams.

The role emphasizes change management, data-driven decision making, and ongoing process improvements, with exposure to Power BI, CRM, and Workday in a remote, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ Medical Records experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year management experience or 2 years lead experience preferred.
• CRIS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Global partners’ leadership teams and trainers to develop SMEs.
• Ensure SLAs are met and communicate updates to initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and workflows aligned with SOPs.
• Collaborate with Central Operations and Global leaders to optimize operations.
• Assist with change management and process improvements.
