Zusammenfassung

Precision Medicine Group in the United States is seeking a Project Director to lead large, complex clinical studies and portfolios for major clients. The role drives project execution, planning, budgeting, risk management and cross‑functional leadership.

You will mentor project managers, ensure quality and regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP), manage client communications and proposals, and support business development while travel to sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in science/health field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years clinical research; 5 years direct PM experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, eTMF, EDC, CTMS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with global studies or a portfolio of studies.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary client liaison; participate in proposals and client presentations.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trials; ensure consistency across portfolios.
• Provide direction to project managers including establishment, planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing.
• Manage study budget and change orders; ensure on-time, in-scope delivery and proper forecasting.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines, risk management and change management.
• Lead internal and client meetings; report KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Mentor associate/project managers; drive cross-functional teamwork and continuous improvement.
