Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an experienced Program Leader to manage cross-functional teams across clinical trials, ensuring delivery on quality, scope, cost and time. You will supervise Project Directors and Project Managers and partner with study sponsors to address escalation and governance.

Responsibilities include optimizing profitability, resource planning, KPI reporting, and guiding risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science/health; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in clinical research with project management and line management experience.
• Working knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and ensure collaboration within Project Directors and Project Managers on a global platform.
• Provide leadership and oversee clinical programs and, in some cases, manage activities.
• Interact with study sponsors as primary escalation point beyond PM.
• Optimize profitability of the Project Management organization to meet budget targets.
• Assess and manage resource allocations to meet cost, time and quality goals.
• Select, train and manage performance of talent in project leadership roles.
• Provide guidance on scope, risk, and resources to assigned PMs.
• Identify and escalate impacts to scope, resources, schedule or budget.
