Precision Medicine Group, LLC. is seeking a Project Director to oversee global or large clinical studies and act as the primary client liaison. This role includes directing project managers, managing study budgets, and ensuring timely, quality delivery across portfolios.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in clinical research and 5+ years of direct PM experience, with strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills in a remote U.S. setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health field (North America).
• Minimum of 8 years of clinical research or proven competencies.
• Minimum 5 years direct project management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point-of-contact with client and provide outstanding customer service.
• Oversee all aspects of a clinical research trial across portfolios.
• Provide direction to project managers on trial phases and scope.
• Manage study budget and ensure alignment with scope; handle change orders.
• Monitor project profitability, billable hours, and forecasting.
• Develop robust project plans with timelines and risk management.
• Ensure QA and eTMF readiness; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead internal and client meetings; communicate progress and outcomes.
• Mentor junior project staff and participate in SOP updates.
