Job summary

Precision for Medicine seeks a Project Director to advance the program management track, leading large or global studies and multi-study portfolios for significant clients. You will serve as primary client liaison, drive bid defenses, and guide cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and closing with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years in clinical research with 5 years direct PM experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership in global studies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client liaison and lead proposal activities and presentations.
• Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring consistency across portfolios.
• Direct project managers and manage study establishment, planning, initiation, execution and closing.
• Manage study budgets, forecasting, and change orders with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality management and risk mitigation across trials.
• Prepare status updates for clients and senior management; lead internal and client meetings.
