Precision is seeking a Project Director to lead a portfolio of clinical studies, acting as primary client liaison and driving end-to-end project execution. You will manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and profitable delivery of global studies.

The role requires strategic planning, risk management, and the ability to present to senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings extensive clinical research leadership, strong communication

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in science or health field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years in clinical research; 5+ years direct PM experience
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, eTMF, EDC and CTMS
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and customer service demeanor
• Experience managing highly complex and global studies or a portfolio of studies

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary client liaison providing outstanding customer service
• Oversee and manage all aspects of clinical trials ensuring consistency across portfolios
• Provide direction to project managers including planning, initiation, procurement, execution and closing
• Manage study budget and ensure timely, within-scope deliverables and change control
• Monitor financial health including profitability, billing, and forecasting
• Develop and oversee robust project plans with timelines and risk management
• Ensure quality management including eTMF readiness and CAPAs
• Prepare status updates and report KPIs to clients and senior management
• Lead internal and client meetings and drive study-specific strategies
• Oversee cross-functional project teams for efficient trial execution
• Communicate protocol/study issues and implement corrective actions
• Conduct formal presentations to diverse audiences
• Collaborate on study training and ensure compliance
• Support business development and bid defense activities
• Mentor junior PMs and participate in SOP updates
• Provide feedback and performance reviews
